Start of Multilingual Support at the Customer Service Center of Metropolitan Expressway Company Limited
From April 16, 2018, the multilingual support (English, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese) through three-way calling system※ will be started at the Customer Service Center of Metropolitan Expressway Company Limited.
※When a multilingual telephone call is accepted, the operator will temporarily hold the telephone and prepare an interpreter for the customer. After that, a communication is carried out among the three parties (customer, operator and interpreter). (Due to the use of an interpreter, the call duration time may take longer than usual.)
