Late Night Discount

Drivers using the same ETC card at entrances and exits between 0 AM to 4 AM will receive a discount.

Tokyo Metropolitan Area Joining Discount

Drivers using the same ETC card at eligible entrances and exits in the Yokohama City Center or Inner Circular Route, or using the Bay Shore Route "Kawasaki-Ukishima JCT to Daikoku JCT" will receive a discount.

Tokyo Metropolitan Area - Bay Shore Route Connection Discount

Drivers using the same ETC card at eligible entrances and exits in the Yokohama City Center or Inner Circular Route, or using the Bayshore Route "Kawasaki-Ukishima JCT to Daikoku JCT" will receive a discount.

Environmental road pricing discount (ETC large size vehicles and extra large size vehicles)

Drivers of large size vehicles and extra large size vehicles who use the Bay Shore Route or Kawasaki Line instead of the Yokohane Line with ETC will receive a discount due to improvements being made to the environment of the residential district along the Yokohane Line. When drivers depart from or arrive at an entrance/exit of the Inner Circular Route and use the radial highway, if they detour one junction on the C3 (Tokyo-Gaikan Expressway), the toll will usually be equal to that of a direct route, providing a toll discount for the Metropolitan Expressway and C3 (Tokyo-Gaikan Expressway).
