02. Improvement of Driving Space Landscape

The Metropolitan Expressway is aiming for more pleasant driving environments, and is actively improving driving spaces.

Route 4 Shinjuku Line Akasaka Tunnel (Minato-ku, Tokyo)

We installed a white tile panel on the tunnel wall to improve the driving space in the tunnel.

Bay Shore Route Tokyo Port Tunnel (Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo)

We repainted the wall (entrance) near the tunnel entrance to "blue-green", taking into account how it fits with the adjacent ventilation station and tunnel interior.
