Synthetic Consulting Service on Rest Area
Our client’s goal is to improve the quality of “Rest” and “Rest Area” itself. They already have rest areas and plans to improve some of them. To achieve this goal, we provide a solution that is optimized and efficient in improvements using some ideas and assets from our pool. Let us share some information on our project!
IDEAL STATE and INDICATOR ANALYSIS
Is the rest area appropriate?
We chose two idea and asset in the project and the ideas is what we call “Ideal State”. An idea of “Ideal State” is to find out how rest area should be. In “Ideal State” rest area, everything is optimized which means everything meets the requirement with no waste. This idea will help to find out issues, excessive facilities/equipment/service, and things need to be improved in existing rest areas.
This is one example to derive “Ideal State” of rest areas. We use our assets of Data, Analysis Method, and Own Calculation Standard to determine the scales of everything in rest areas. We consolidate these profiles into the Guideline and use it to build a new and make improvement.
The biggest benefit that you will discover with this Guideline is that it leads to the reduction of costs including maintenance, maintenance steps, accidents, compliment at rest area in the future by reflecting this guideline to all rest areas.
What is actually required for improvement?
This is the biggest question when you think about building new or renovating rest areas. It is okay to take a plan using expensive materials/equipment/machines, adopting the costly implement, taking time in plan/design/construction, and making rest areas more beautiful and gorgeous.

Take a look one of our core asset “Rest Area Indicator Analysis”. This our own method and originally developed by us to evaluate the everything in rest area. In the evolution, we make qualitative issues to quantitative by using indicators to fined out necessity and unnecessity in the rest area.
