Formal start of 24-hour Service operations at Shutoko Customer Center

In order to respond to nighttime inquiries, Shutoko Customer Center will formally begin operating 24 hours a day as detailed below.
Also, the 24-hour Service trial that has been conducted from July 23 to August 31 will be extended until September 30.
The ongoing multilingual support (in English, Chinese, Korean, Spanish and Portuguese) will also be offered.

Service start: October 1, 2018 (Mon.)
Operating hours: 24 hours a day (7 days a week, all year round)
